Suzy, a Santa Barbara native has been in the business of helping people find the right home for 20+ years. From selling homes to managing luxury vacation rentals Suzy has a skill for listening and helping people find what they want and need. Managing over 100 homes between Ventura and Santa Barbara, she has honed her skills of understanding a client’s needs and expectations as well as the care and attention to detail important to maintaining high standards and quality. Her experience combined with being a lifetime resident gives Suzy a detailed knowledge of homes, neighborhoods and their values throughout the Santa Barbara area.
Suzy has worked alongside top producing agents and brought her clients the benefit of the experience of being integrally involved in over 100 property sales transactions during her career. With her extensive background in Santa Barbara properties & neighborhoods, and the backing from her staff at Berkshire Hathaway, Suzy has unique skills and tools to help her clients get the best possible results.
In her free time Suzy enjoys playing pickleball and mahjong. She has spent years, hiking in the Santa Barbara foothills and backcountry, playing tennis, and waterskiing. She volunteers as a part time coach for the Dos Pueblos boys and girls tennis team. She has great pride and respect for the beauty, culture, heritage, and the many wonderful things the Santa Barbara area offers, and she is a great resource for information about Santa Barbara!
